3D Project 1

My progress so far. My object was difficult for me to start, but once I created a hollow cylinder, it started coming out nicely. I sliced the cylinder to creates slits and glued triangles through them. They created the spike appearance that I wanted. I then created the hollowness which it consists of and hope it comes out great.
