Kathy talks about the first wave of feminist art. She also discusses the effects before and after. She refers to the essentials that the women used to express themselves. It was quite interesting to see and understand the different ways and body parts that were used. Other mentions were:

The video that was shown was something else. I know that if some parts made me uncomfortable, the guys were even more.
Overall, it was very "interesting" to see some of the performances shown in the video. Very informative!
